Elka
ELKA was founded in Karup, Denmark by Ejnar Lauridsen in 1958. The name comes from the founder's initials (EL) and the city name (KA). They have continued to work with the challenge to protect against the extremes of nature with their waterproof clothing. This history translates into their ability to design and develop high-quality products with excellent functionality.
Elka draws on its expertise in creating Danish fishermen’s work clothes when producing its high-quality and hardwearing rainwear. With welded seams and adjustable hood, this exclusive Monocle collaboration is a careful adaption of the classic raincoat. Made with lightweight PVC, simple snap buttons, and an adjustable hood, it is a practical purchase for a wet weekend away.
